Incident Reporting
Cleaning Office Carpets
What to report:
- WHEN did the incident occur, including date and time.
- WHO was involved, including any witnesses.
- The facts about WHAT happened.
- The location of WHERE it happened.
NOTE: Never make personal comments or statements that are not factual regarding the incident. Ensure evidence is preserved by isolating the area where the incident occurred. Take photos of the area for evidence.
During the working day you might not spend much time looking at your office flooring, but if it’s looking less-than-lovely, you can be sure that visitors and customers will notice it straight from the entrance.
Even though carpet floor may be one of the most forgiving and low-maintenance flooring types, but footfall in the office will soon leave it looking messy, especially in high traffic areas.
AM Retail Services will help not only to keep your carpet debris and dirt free, also will make sure any stains are treated as soon as they occur, to keep your carpet flooring spotless.
AM Retail Services provides a regular maintenance together with a monthly or quarterly deep cleaning with a professional carpet shampooing machines.
OH&S Updates
The next quarterly OHS meeting will be held on the 14th November 2022 using Microsoft Teams run by Louie with AM Retail managers and employee representatives. There were no lost time injuries in September 2022 and no environmental incidents and no fines from regulators.
