How Often Is It Recommended to Clean and Disinfect
With increased competition and increased customer / guest expectations, we must go beyond simply completing our daily tasks and delivering a well-presented facility. Service Excellence is a consistent, attentive service tone at every single touch point.
Resolving Customer Issues and Complaints Professionally
Why? The word “complaint” often paints a picture of negativity, anger and conflict.
Customer / guest feedback focuses on the positive and keeps us on the road to customer / guest satisfaction and service improvement.
Sometimes, it can be difficult to know how often you should disinfect areas.
AM Retail Services will help you to come up with a best schedule suitable for you and your business for a full deep clean sufficient for your number of employees.
In most cases cleaning of a facility should take place daily. Moreover, in settings such as healthcare facilities or manufacturing facilities it is recommended that cleaning happen twice daily.
AM Retail services will provide cleaning and disinfecting of commonly touched areas that could increase risk of infection transmission.
OH&S Updates
The next quarterly OHS meeting will be held on the 18th August 2022 using Microsoft Teams run by Louie with AM Retail managers and employee representatives. There were no lost time injuries in June 2022 and no environmental incidents and no fines from regulators.
